About SNAG
Real keys. Prices that don't insult you.
That line on our front page is not marketing. It is the whole plan.
Buying a PC game should take about forty seconds: find it, pay, play. Somewhere along the way the business of selling game keys picked up a reputation for being none of those things - confusing regional small print, keys that turn out to be dead, support that answers in ten days with a link to a help article that does not help.
We built SNAG because that is a low bar, and clearing it is not actually difficult. You just have to decide to.
How it works
Pick a game. Pay. The key lands in your email and sits in your account, ready to redeem on Steam. We aim to have it with you within 24 hours of your payment clearing, and the vast majority arrive a lot faster than that.
No shipping. No waiting in for a delivery. No account you have to beg to close later.
What we actually promise
Keys that work. Our stock comes from authorised distributors, not from whoever was cheapest that week. If a key fails on arrival, we replace it - tell us before you have tried to activate it eight times and we will sort it out quickly.
Prices that make sense. We check the market constantly. We are not always the cheapest listing on the internet, and we are not going to pretend otherwise - but we will not be the one quietly charging you more than the store you could have bought it from directly.
Region labels you can read. If a key is EU-only, ROW, or tied to a particular platform, it says so on the product page, in plain language, before you pay. Half the refund requests in this industry exist because somebody hid that in a footnote.
A human on the other end. Write to us and a person reads it. We aim to come back within one working day, with an answer rather than a deflection.
What we are not
We are not a marketplace. There are no third party sellers here with their own rules and their own reputation scores - we buy the stock, we sell it, and when something goes wrong it is our problem, not someone else's.
We do not deal in grey market keys, and we do not sell anything we cannot trace back to a supplier we have a relationship with.
Who runs it
SNAG is operated by SNAGKEY LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under number 17494415, with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.
We say that out loud because it matters. Plenty of key sites will not tell you who is behind them or which country's law applies when something goes wrong. If you buy from us, you are buying from a registered UK company, under English law, with consumer rights that mean something and a complaints route that works.
